Studio Principal Brian Sherman

Award winning cameraman Brian Sherman L.B.I.P.P., L.M.P.A is widely regarded as one of the leading creative professional photographers in south west Scotland. Brian is a qualified member of both the Master Photographers Association and the British Institute of Professional Photography. He has trained and studied with some of the worlds finest photographers.

His talent for being able to capture 'The Moment', is born out of his experience as a practicing photo journalist.

The Studio

Brian Sherman Photography is the longest established independent photo studio in Dumfries & Galloway. Their well equipped riverside based studio in the county town of Dumfries, is primarily used for portrait and commercial product photography.

Location

The Studio is situated on the banks of the River Nith, in the centre of Dumfries. with plenty of free parking. You are always welcome to drop in for a visit. There is usually plenty of FREE parking available.

Opening times

Tuesday - Saturday 10am-5pm. Please note that these are our normal opening hours, The nature of our business however means that unfortunately we cannot always keep to these exact days and times. If you are travelling a distance ,or these times do not suit, we would be pleased to arrange an appointment.

Our Studio is based in Dumfries, Dumfries & Galloway and we are local to: Annan, Auchencairn, Beatock, Castle Douglas, Dalbeattie, Gatehouse of Fleet, Gretna Green, Kirkudbright, Kippford, Langholm, Lockerbie, Lochmaben, Moffat, New Abbey, Newton Stewart, Sanquhar, Stranraer, Thornhill and Wigtown.
